All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Tracked & Signed 1-2 days. Orders placed after 11am on Friday, weekends, or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
INTERNATIONAL
£16.50 - 7 to 14 working days
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Orders placed after 11am on Friday, weekends, or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day. Please note you will be liable for all import duties and taxes as per your country tax laws.
RETURNS
If you would like to return a piece of jewellery, please get in touch via our Contact Page with your order number and we will look into your query.
All jewellery returns, excluding earrings and nose rings/studs* must be received within 30 days of the order date (UK and International deliveries) and the jewellery must not have been worn and returned in its original packing.
Unfortunately, jewellery returned after 30 days or with any visible signs of damage or wear will not be processed. Please note that return costs are non refundable, and we advise returning the jewellery via Royal Mail tracked and signed recorded delivery to ensure safe and trackable transit.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a piece of jewellery, excluding earrings and nose rings/studs*, you will need to return the unworn jewellery in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund and following this place a new order.
*Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings or nose rings/studs.
